Implementing the project to restore, embellish and promote the architectural, artistic and scenic values of Thien Quang Lake and the relics of Quang Hoa Pagoda, Thien Quang Pagoda, and Phap Hoa Pagoda, 39 households from house numbers 29 to 35 Tran Binh Trong Street (Hai Ba Trung District) will be within the land acquisition scope.
The People's Committee of Hai Ba Trung District has approved specific land prices as the basis for compensation and resettlement when the State reclaims land to implement the project of Restoring, embellishing, and promoting the architectural, artistic, and scenic values of Thien Quang Lake and the relics of Quang Hoa Pagoda, Thien Quang Pagoda, and Phap Hoa Pagoda.
The project belongs to the cultural sector, group B, aiming to contribute to the restoration of the classified relic site, preservation, prevention of degradation of relic items, promotion of architectural - artistic values and landscapes of the relic, and at the same time, combining the development of cultural and spiritual tourism in the district. The total investment of the project is expected to be more than 295 billion VND.
In which, the study establishes a master plan with an area of about 4,520 m2 including the current area of the campus of 3 pagodas Quang Hoa, Thien Quang, Phap Hoa: About 2,295.23 m2. The land area that people are using needs to be recovered for site clearance: About 2,224.77 m2 (the exact data is verified during the site clearance phase of the project).
There are 39 households from house number 29 to 35 Tran Binh Trong within the land acquisition scope to implement the project of restoring, embellishing and promoting the architectural, artistic and scenic values of Thien Quang Lake and the relics of Quang Hoa Pagoda, Thien Quang Pagoda and Phap Hoa Pagoda.
Previously, on May 16, 2024, the People's Committee of Hai Ba Trung District issued Decision No. 1114/QD-UBND approving specific land prices as the basis for BT-TDC when the State reclaims land to implement the project of Restoration, embellishment and promotion of architectural, artistic and scenic values of Thien Quang Lake and the relics of Quang Hoa Pagoda, Thien Quang Pagoda, Phap Hoa Pagoda (Nguyen Du Ward, Hai Ba Trung District).
Accordingly, at location 1 Tran Binh Trong street, the compensation and support price for land acquisition is 241,362,000 VND/m2; at location 3 Tran Binh Trong street, the compensation and support price for land acquisition is 92,813,000 VND/m2; at location 4 Tran Binh Trong street, the compensation and support price for land acquisition is 81,779,000 VND/m2.
According to Decision No. 3574 dated May 10, 2024 of the Hanoi Department of Construction, this project is allocated a resettlement housing fund in Vinh Hoang Urban Area (Hoang Mai District) to carry out site clearance work.
It is known that on the morning of May 29, the People's Committee of Nguyen Du Ward and the Hai Ba Trung District Construction Investment Project Management Board (DPMB) held a meeting to inform people about compensation policies, resettlement support; Land acquisition plan, measurement, and inventory for organizations, households, and individuals with land and assets within the scope of land acquisition for project implementation. The conference discussed, recorded, and specifically and fully answered the opinions, questions, recommendations, and expectations of households subject to land acquisition for the project.
According to a survey conducted by Dan Viet reporters on May 30, many residents in the area affirmed their support for the project. However, they hope that the authorities will have appropriate compensation solutions.
According to people, the specific compensation price range has not been announced yet.
