High-tech zoning plan (excluding the expanded area of ​​Da Nang High-tech Park), scale 1/.2000, planning scope of about 3,656 hectares.

The research location of this subdivision is in the areas of Hai Van, Lien Chieu, Hoa Khanh wards and Ba Na commune (Hoa Khanh Bac, Hoa Hiep Bac, Hoa Hiep Nam wards of Lien Chieu district and Hoa Lien, Hoa Son, Hoa Ninh communes of Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city in the past).

The above area is divided into 15 residential units and 6 functional areas. The population size by 2030 is about 235,000 people.

The High-Tech Zone connects functional areas: new industrial parks (High-Tech Support Zone, Concentrated Information Technology Zone No. 1, No. 2), Hoa Ninh Industrial Park, existing industrial parks, urban areas that have been and are being formed in Hai Van ward and Ba Na commune, and large public spaces...

The 1/2,000 scale urban zoning plan for the Hillside Urban Area has a planning area of ​​approximately 2,832 hectares. The projected population size after 2030 is approximately 194,240 people.

The planning area belongs to the communes of Hoa Ninh, Hoa Son, Hoa Nhon, Hoa Phu in Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city (now in Hoa Khanh ward, Ba Na commune and Hoa Vang commune).

This subdivision is organized into 11 residential units, 3 functional areas and a central core area that is mainly existing forest combined with a group of houses and existing villages.

This is a new urban area that prioritizes the development of tourism - trade, services combined with housing. Green space and water surface are distributed in the area around Duong Ba Lang mountain, resettlement areas, hillside villas, high-rise buildings with high land use coefficient, low construction density to ensure the view towards the mountains to the west.

The High-Tech Zone planning project (excluding the expanded area of ​​Da Nang High-Tech Zone) and the Hillside Urban Zone planning project were approved by the People's Committee of Da Nang City in Decision No. 1317/QD-UBND dated June 24, 2024 and Decision No. 1433/QD-UBND dated July 3, 2024, respectively.
