The whole province has started to eliminate 4,644 temporary and dilapidated houses.

Implementing the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, as of the morning of June 9, Dak Lak province has started construction and repair of 4,644 houses (reaching 63.67% of the plan), of which 3,826 new houses were built and 818 houses were repaired.

To date, 2,566 houses have been completed; of which, only Krong Pac district has started construction at a rate of over 94% of the planned number of houses; 2 localities have started construction at a rate of over 70% including Krong Ana and Buon Don.

Of the 4,644houses that have started construction and repair, there are 88 houses for policy families and meritorious people (reaching 50% of the plan); 1,137 houses for poorand near-poor households under national target programs (reaching 65.68% of the plan) and 3,419 houses for poor and near-poor households from the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses (reaching 63.47% of the plan).

Implementing the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, all levels, sectors, units and localities in the province are making efforts to overcome all difficulties, speed up construction progress to soon complete and hand over new houses to people for use and stabilize their lives.
