I don't cook, I make coffee.

At first I was clumsy, because I thought I knew how to do it, but the truth was not, making pure coffee is different from what I thought. There was a time when I was so clumsy that I even spilled boiling water on my hand if I was not focused on my work. At that time, if a customer ordered 3-4 cups at once, I was very scared, afraid of not being able to make it in time, afraid of not being able to make it to the right level of deliciousness as I wanted.

Then everything became familiar, serving small customers every day by himself, adding to the knowledge he acquired, putting all his heart into each filter of coffee, he could feel the sweetness from the bitterness, the strong or light bitterness of each bean size when ground large or small, the aroma and richness of each roasting level.

Making coffee seems easy but is difficult, seems difficult but is difficult!

For a girl who has been working in the profession for 10 years, quitting her job to stay home and make coffee for sale was not an easy decision. But thinking about the words "You do it, I'll support you from behind" made all hesitation disappear. Behind me was a solid support, there was nothing left to hesitate about.

At a certain age, a day doing a job that makes you happy is more meaningful than a lifetime doing a boring job!

Selling coffee because of passion is real, the drink that is addictive to so many people, the more research, the more I feel that I always need to learn and innovate every day, innovate with the trend, innovate with the taste of young people. However, the core is clean coffee that cannot be changed, steadfast like my love for coffee and for you too.
