The festival is an event directed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , the Department of Diplomatic Corps Services in coordination with the State Protocol Department, the Department of Information and Press, the World and Vietnam Newspaper and agencies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized from November 22-23 at the Diplomatic Corps Area (298 Kim Ma, Hanoi).
At the press conference on November 11, Ms. Hoang Thu Nga, Deputy Head of the Festival Organizing Committee, said: The Festival is meant to honor cuisine as a journey of emotions and connections, where each dish is not only about flavor but also about the culture, history and identity of each country. Through each dish, we not only share flavor but also share creativity, understand each other and inspire the spirit of cooperation.

With the participation of more than 120 booths from embassies, consulates, foreign cultural centers, local foreign affairs departments, domestic and international enterprises, this year's Festival promises to bring a colorful picture of global culinary quintessence, while affirming the image of Vietnam in the role of "common home" of world culture.
“This festival also marks a new step in the quality of organization, when the performance activities, cultural exchanges and culinary experiences are designed to be richer and more multi-dimensional, creating a space for complete enjoyment for the public and international friends. Through this convergence, we not only introduce the beauty of global culinary culture, but also spread the message of a dynamic, friendly Vietnam that is ready to connect for peace, cooperation and development,” said Ms. Hoang Thi Nga.

The 2025 International Culinary Culture Festival with the theme “Trip of Flavors – A Taste Journey Across Five Continents” promises to be a unique cultural rendezvous during the year-end festival season, where visitors and international friends can explore the world through each dish. Notably, this is the first year that the Organizing Committee has applied digital technology with the “Digital Interactive Corner” – where visitors can look up program information, view event maps, learn about typical dishes of each country, and participate in modern multimedia experiences.
Within the framework of the festival, there are a series of new and creative activities such as “Borderless Food Diary”, “Fashion Food Show”, “Global Beer Fest”. The areas “ASEAN Common Roof”, “Global Food Avenue” and “Three Regions of Vietnam” bring a colorful taste journey where cuisine, culture and people blend in the same open and lively space.
