Ministries, branches and localities of the two sides have exchanged cooperation agreements, including: Vietnam News Agency and Yonhap News Agency of Korea on professional cooperation in the new period.
Hai Phong City and SK LEAVEO CO, LTD cooperate to promote green growth in Hai Phong. Hanoi City and One Law Partners (OLP) cooperate to build the Investment and Development Plan for Hoa Lac High-Tech Park. Khanh Hoa Province and SK Innovation cooperate to develop the Specialized Energy Industrial Cluster (SEIC) including LNG investment in Khanh Hoa, distributed energy development (DER) and LNG-related logistics industry.
Ca Mau Province and SK Innovation Corporation cooperated strategically to develop a Specialized Energy Industrial Cluster, including an LNG Project and regional industrial and agricultural development initiatives. Can Tho City and SK Innovation Corporation cooperated to develop clean and diverse energy technology solutions. Bac Ninh Province and Si Flex Corporation cooperated to expand and increase the investment capital of Si Flex Corporation's investment project in the Bac Ninh Industrial Park.
In the field of energy and industry, the two sides have signed cooperation agreements: Vietnam National Shipping Lines and HD Huyndai Group cooperate to establish a joint venture to build new ships. Vietnam Electricity Group and Hyosung Heavy Industries Company cooperate to implement STATCOM projects and smart grid equipment in Vietnam's power system, including the ability to manufacture transformers in Vietnam.
Vietnam National Industry and Energy Group, Vietnam Oil and Gas Technical Services Corporation and SK Innovation Co., Ltd., LS ECO ENERGY Company exchanged a Strategic Memorandum of Understanding between Vietnam National Industry and Energy Group and SK Innovation Co., Ltd. and a cooperation agreement with LS ENERGY Company on investment, construction and operation of a high-voltage cable factory in Vietnam to serve the Renewable Energy Project.
Vietnam Airlines Corporation and Korean Air cooperate to establish a joint venture company to provide aircraft maintenance services at Long Thanh International Airport and cooperate in cargo transportation. Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) cooperate in the fields of energy, AI, high-tech agriculture, and logistics.
KN Holdings Group and Samsung C&T Company cooperate to develop 3 floating solar power projects on hydropower reservoirs KN Srepok 3, KN Ialy Gia Lai and KN Ialy Kontum with a total capacity of 864MW.
Peridot Energy Vietnam and Gas Entec Limited Company on strategic cooperation in the field of green fuel. The Green Solutions Company and BIONANOKOREA Company on strategic cooperation to develop the value chain of Green Hydrogen and Green Ammonia in the Korean market.
In the field of digital infrastructure, digital transformation and supply chain, enterprises have signed cooperation agreements: Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group and KIRA Company, LG CNS Company cooperate in the field of data centers, including the possibility of investing in developing a data center in Vietnam with an initial capacity of 20-30MW, jointly operating and trading data center services in the Vietnamese market.
Truong Hai Industrial Group (THACO) and Huyndai Rotem Group on cooperation in research, development and implementation of urban railway and high-speed railway projects in Vietnam. CMC Technology Group and Samsung C&T Company on cooperation in developing AI data centers and digital transformation in Vietnam.
The Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel) and KT Group on strategic cooperation to develop AI solutions and AX platforms to contribute to Vietnam's AI strategy and digital transformation.

CT Group and Airbility Company, Imagis Company, Inha University (Korea) cooperate with Airbility Company to export 5,000 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV); cooperate with Imagis Company to export 100 million semiconductor chips and cooperate with Inha University (Korea) in training and technology transfer on semiconductors.
EPSI Development Trading and Services Co., Ltd. and Myongji Medical Foundation cooperate in developing, operating and managing a leading nursing hospital, resort and rehabilitation area in the Ho Tram - Xuyen Moc area.
In the field of training high-quality human resources, there are agreements: Hanoi National University and Sungkyunkwan University; KEPCO-KDN Company cooperate in training high-quality human resources, exchanging lecturers, implementing applied research, transferring technology especially in the fields of semiconductors, biotechnology, and biomedicine.
Hanoi University of Science and Technology cooperates in student and lecturer exchange, internship, training of quality human resources in strategic technology sectors, scientific research and technology transfer with partners: Hyosung Dong Nai Company, Pohang University of Science and Technology; Kyungpook National University, School of Engineering, Seoul National University.
Vietnam Railway Transport Joint Stock Company and SR Company cooperate in developing human resources in the field of construction, engineering and management of high-speed railway operations and urban railway signaling systems. FPT Corporation; FPT University and Gachon University; Abov Semiconductor Company cooperate in training Semiconductor 2+2 connecting training and enterprises; training to improve the quality of research and professional development for Semiconductor Microchip lecturers.
Dai Nam University and Yeungnam University signed a cooperation agreement (MOA) on the 2+2 Joint Training Program in Semiconductor Technology. The Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology and Chung Ang University signed a cooperation agreement on dual degree training in Multimedia Technology; establishing a training model for the Vietnam-Korea Virtual Convergence School; researching and developing technology applications in the cultural industry.
The University of Transport Technology and the Korea National University of Transport have agreed to cooperate in implementing a dual bachelor's degree program in the field of high-speed railway engineering, participating in training and coaching short-term courses on high-speed railways for lecturers and staff, and accepting students (1st year, master's).
Duy Tan University and Chungbuk National University on cooperation agreement (MOA) on implementing dual bachelor's degree program and joint master's training (free tuition for Duy Tan University students) in the fields of technology, AI, semiconductors... and a memorandum of understanding on scientific research cooperation between lecturers of the two schools to form strong research groups in the fields of technology and AI with financial support from the Korean Government.
The above cooperation agreements are the foundation for expanding the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Korea in the future.
