Under the Glorious Flag is one of the key art activities on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, carried out by the Military Radio and Television Center, under the direction of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense .

General Secretary To Lam attended at the Hanoi bridge, with a stage set up right next to President Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended at the Hue bridge, and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man attended at the Ho Chi Minh City bridge.

In the silence of the night, there were only the footsteps of soldiers sharing the duty of guarding Uncle Ho's sleep day and night. A sacred duty, sacred footsteps.

When the changing of the guard took place, the song We Watched His Sleep was played. In front of Uncle Ho's mausoleum, beside the footsteps of the honor guard, singer Xuan Hao sang the meaningful song with a passionate voice.
