Hanoi Transport Corporation has issued a Code of Conduct on buses to improve service quality.

The development and implementation of this code of conduct is one of the specific and synchronous solutions to effectively implement the 2025 working theme: "Improving governance - continuing to build a bus service culture - effectively implementing the green transformation and digital transformation tasks" of the Corporation. At the same time, this is also a practical activity to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, responding to the National Traffic Safety Year 2025.
