Summing up the emulation movement "For National Security" in 2025, An Giang Police ranked first in Emulation Cluster No. 7

On the afternoon of November 21, at the headquarters of An Giang Provincial Police, Emulation Cluster No. 7 (Ministry of Public Security) including the Public Security of the provinces: An Giang, Ca Mau, Vinh Long, Dong Thap and Tay Ninh held a conference to summarize the emulation movement "For National Security" in 2025. In 2025, with the attention, leadership and direction of the Ministry of Public Security , the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, the Public Security forces of the 5 provinces in the cluster have made great efforts and determination in consulting, coordinating and acting as the core in performing the task of protecting security and order, effectively serving the local economic and social development.

The local police have proactively grasped the situation, advised and proposed to the Party Committees and authorities to promptly resolve and stabilize complicated cases right at the grassroots level, avoiding unexpected passiveness; synchronously deployed working measures, launched many peak periods, strongly attacked and suppressed all types of crimes and law violations, resolutely directed the investigation and discovery of general cases reaching 83% (exceeding the target of 8% of the target assigned by the Ministry of Public Security); very serious and especially serious cases were clarified reaching 92.3% (exceeding the target of 2.3%); handling of crime reports and denunciations reached 93.2% (exceeding the target of 3.2%).

Through the implementation of the 2025 emulation movement, the Public Security of 5 provinces in Emulation Cluster No. 7 had 2,128 collectives and 10,679 individuals honored to receive commendation and rewards from the President; Prime Minister, Minister of Public Security, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Public Security Directors of 5 provinces in the emulation cluster.
