Vietnam General Confederation of Labor: Capacity building training for nearly 200 cadres working in propaganda and women's work nationwide

From May 22 to 24, in Nha Trang City, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor organized a training conference to improve leadership and implementation capacity for nearly 200 trade union officials working in propaganda and women's work nationwide in 2025. Attending the conference was Ms. Thai Thu Xuong - Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

At the conference, delegates were informed of 4 topics including: Applying artificial intelligence AI, contributing to improving the effectiveness of trade union communication; improving the capacity and vision of leaders, cadres doing propaganda work and female trade union workers in the coming time; skills in organizing forces and deploying activities to fight against wrong and hostile views on cyberspace; population work in the new situation... In addition, delegates shared the current situation and solutions of trade union organizations to innovate women's work in population, family, and children work among female union members and workers; effectively applying AI creates an important step forward to help trade union cadres improve their communication capacity, strongly spreading the good values of the Vietnam Trade Union in the digital age...

The conference aims to help union officials improve their awareness and professional skills to apply in practice at each level, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new development stage of the country and the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
