Son Tay: 2,742 cadres, workers, civil servants and laborers have initiatives and creativity

This is a practical activity of the Town Labor Federation to respond to Workers' Month and celebrate Vietnamese Family Day (June 28).

Vice President of the Son Tay Town Labor Federation Nguyen Thi To Quyen said that the whole town has 156/203 units, organizations, and enterprises with innovative and creative activities; 2,742 officials, union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers have registered, written, and implemented innovative and useful solution topics. There have been 814 grassroots-level innovative and useful initiatives and solutions recognized as useful and applied to production and work.

The whole town has 9 workers and civil servants recognized with the title "Good people, good deeds" at the city level, 8 comrades at the town level. On this occasion, the Son Tay Town Labor Federation awarded 45 individuals with achievements in the movement "Good workers - Creative workers" in 2024.

With the content of typical families of workers and civil servants in 2025, the whole town has 51 families representing many families of Son Tay town being awarded.

Speaking at the conference, Vice President of the Hanoi City Labor Federation Nguyen Chinh Huu acknowledged and commended the results of the emulation movements "Excellent workers - Creative workers" and "Outstanding families of workers, civil servants and laborers" in Son Tay town. At the same time, he requested the town's Labor Union to continue promoting and improving the quality of the emulation movement "Excellent workers - Creative workers"; actively study, improve professional qualifications and digital skills; proactively update new knowledge and skills, especially technology skills, information technology, foreign languages, adapt to the trend of automation, AI, digital transformation... to master technology, not to be left behind in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

The Town Trade Union at all levels needs to continue to propagate andeducate about the ethics, lifestyle and good traditions of Vietnamese families, the position and role of families in society, set examples of typical and excellent families of workers, civil servants and laborers and advanced models in the movement to build cultural families. Coordinate with departments, branches and organizations to launch movements such as "All people unite to build a cultural life in residential areas", build "Prosperous, progressive, happy and civilized" families, "Good at public affairs, good at housework" among female workers, civil servants and laborers.

On this occasion, Chairman of the Son Tay Town Labor Federation Hua Duc Tuan launched the emulation movement "Digital Education for the People" among the town's workers and civil servants and hoped that with high determination, sense of responsibility and will to rise up, the emulation movement "Digital Education for the People" will spread strongly, bringing practical results.
