Phu Quoc City mobilizes voluntary blood donation phase I in 2025

Phu Quoc City residents participate in voluntary blood donation.

The voluntary blood donation activity attracted the participation of officials, civil servants, employees of agencies, departments, branches, unions, armed forces units, businesses and local residents. During this period, Phu Quoc City received 465 units of blood.

In 2024, Phu Quoc City received 1,095 units of blood, reaching 116.8% of the assigned target. The Phu Quoc City Voluntary Blood Donation Steering Committee also coordinated with the Kien Giang Province Voluntary Blood Donation Steering Committee to mobilize officials and employees of Vinpearl Phu Quoc and Phu Quoc Sun Limited Liability Company (Sun Group Corporation) to donate an additional 1,234 units of blood.
