The People's Committee of Thu Duc City and districts are assigned to continue reviewing, compiling statistics and reporting to the Department of Construction on data on crowded constructions in the area affected by aftershocks, to be completed before June 15.
Based on the data of affected works, the People's Committees of districts and towns are assigned to guide owners, management boards, and management units using the works to conduct surveys, inspections, assessments, and repair damages to ensure safe use.
In case this work is not completed before the decision on organizational and apparatus arrangement is made, the People's Committee of Thu Duc City and districts are responsible for transferring the content of this work to the corresponding functional receiving unit to continue implementation, ensuring completion in 2025.

Previously, the Department of Construction reported on the review of constructions after aftershocks in Ho Chi Minh City. The Department of Construction received reports from 8/22 units. Accordingly, only the People's Committee of District 8 reported 342 cases affected by the vibration (wall cracks, window glass cracks), but no cases of collapsed constructions or human casualties were recorded. Other units only reported the implementation, with no data or no affected constructions.
