The match that attracted the most attention from fans was the "big battle" between IBA world champion Tran Van Thao and Kenbun Torres in the 54 kg weight class. Van Thao's opponent came from Mexico, the world's leading boxing country with an impressive record of 12 wins, 9 wins by knockout after 16 times in the ring.

The event also witnessed three other spectacular knockouts. Africa’s first boxer Maobi Ngaka won by technical knockout against Thai Hoang Huy at the end of the 4th round. Russian boxer from Cocky Buffalo’s training center Mikhail Lesnikov also had an overwhelming match against Lokesh Dangi (India) in the 68kg weight class and ended with a technical knockout victory in the middle of the 8th round.
