Pham Hong Thai Street (Ward 10) is the road connecting two major traffic routes of Da Lat, Tran Hung Dao Street and Yersin Street. After being upgraded and expanded to meet the standards of a level III urban traffic project with two traffic lanes, the embankment at the beginning of Pham Hong Thai Street has become rough with a concrete block more than 100m long and 2m - 6m high.
