Attending the program were comrades: Truong My Hoa, former VicePresident , President of Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, Head of the Club for Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa; Cao Thi Hoa An, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Dinh Thi Thu Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, and the Provincial Youth Union.
Summarizing the situation of ethnic minority students, island students and the effectiveness of the Vu A Dinh scholarship - Club for Hoang Sa - Truong Sa in the past time, Deputy Director of Phu Yen Department of Education and Training Vo Thi My Duyen said: According to statistics, Phu Yen province has 26 students benefiting from the projects: Nurturing the future, Winging dreams, Opening the way to the future, Supporting students.

Up to now, all of them have studied at university, some have graduated and are working. From the 2022-2023 school year up to now, Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and the Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa Club have awarded 375 scholarships to students in Phu Yen province with a total value of 375 million VND.
Speaking at the program, comrade Truong My Hoa expressed her emotion at the reception of the provincial leaders and departments and branches; the careful preparation of the unit organizing the scholarship program at a time when the province and the whole country are focusing on arranging the organization of the 2-level local government apparatus.
Expressing her excitement at the academic achievements of Phu Yen province students in recent years, especially those who received support from the program; Comrade Truong My Hoa hoped that this support would help them make more efforts to overcome difficulties and reach their dreams.
The support from Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and the Club for Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa, although not much, is a heart, accompaniment, care and sharing for students of Phu Yen and 27 coastal provinces and cities across the country on their path of study.

At the program, on behalf of the provincial leaders, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Dinh Thi Thu Thanh respectfully expressed her thanks to comrade Truong My Hoa and members of the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and the beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa Club for their love and affection for Phu Yen, along with meaningful scholarships for disadvantaged students in the province. This is a very meaningful activity, with profound humanistic values, and at the same time demonstrates the concern and care of the social community for the young generation, especially students in ethnic minority areas and island areas across the country.
Comrade Dinh Thi Thu Thanh hopes that the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and the Hoang Sa - Truong Sa Club will grow stronger and stronger, continue to be a bridge to mobilize and share the responsibility of domestic and foreign organizations and individuals to students, actively contributing with the education sector to equip students with knowledge, life skills, and professional working methods to contribute to building the country in the new era, the era of national development.
At the program, Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and the Club for Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa awarded 75 scholarships; of which 35 Vu A Dinh scholarships were for ethnic minority students with difficult circumstances who overcame difficulties to study well and 40 scholarships from the Club for Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa for students who are children of fishermen with difficult circumstances who overcame difficulties to study well. Each scholarship is worth 1 million VND, sponsored by THACO Group.
On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union presented a thank you letter and flowers to the leaders of the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund - Club for Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa and the sponsor THACO Group.
