On the occasion of the 106th anniversary of the Russian October Revolution (November 7, 1917 - November 7, 2023), on the afternoon of November 2, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Khanh Hoa province visited and awarded the 75-year Party membership badge to an exemplary party member, Mr. Le Van Gioi, born in 1926, living at Tan Duc Dong Party Cell, Van Luong Commune Party Committee (Van Ninh district).
