Handing over the decision approving the investment policy for the infrastructure project of Tien Son - Ninh Son Industrial Park and Phuong Son - Dai Lam Industrial Cluster

BAC GIANG - On the afternoon of May 9, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province held a ceremony to hand over the Decision approving the investment policy and approving the investor for the project to invest in the construction and business of infrastructure of Tien Son-Ninh Son Industrial Park (phase 1), Viet Yen town and the Phuong Son-Dai Lam Industrial Cluster project. Comrade Nguyen Viet Oanh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired. Also attending were representatives of leaders of a number of provincial departments, branches and sectors and representatives of leaders of the two investors of industrial parks and clusters.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board announced the Decision approving the investment policy and approving the investor for the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Tien Son - Ninh Son Industrial Park (phase 1), Viet Yen town, invested by Ninh Son Technology Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company.

The Tien Son - Ninh Son Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business investment project is implemented in Tien Son commune, Ninh Son ward, Viet Yen town. The project has an area of 89.57 hectares with a total investment capital of nearly VND 1,649 billion, of which the investor's contributed capital is VND 250 billion and mobilized capital is nearly VND 1,399 billion.

The project's operating period is 50 years, from the date of the Decision approving the investment policy and approving the investor. The project implementation progress is 24 months, from the date of the decision on land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose change.

The leaders of the Department of Finance announced the Decision approving the investment policy and approving the investor for the Phuong Son - Dai Lam Industrial Cluster project invested by Thanh Do Bac Giang Construction Joint Stock Company.

Phuong Son - Dai Lam Industrial Cluster Project is implemented in Phuong Son town, Luc Nam district and Dai Lam commune, Lang Giang district; land area used is more than 45 hectares of land. Total investment capital of the project is more than 576 billion VND, of which, investor's contributed capital is more than 272 billion VND, mobilized capital is more than 303 billion VND.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Viet Oanh presented flowers and presented the Decision approving the investment policy and approving the investor to the companies: Ninh Son Technology Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company, Thanh Do Bac Giang Construction Joint Stock Company.

On behalf of the investor, Mr. Kieu Huu Hoan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Ninh Son Industrial Technology Investment Joint Stock Company, thanked the province for its support and facilitation in the past time; at the same time, committed the investor to comply with all regulations, fulfill financial obligations as prescribed, coordinate with state management agencies to implement the project to ensure the set progress; actively work with the locality to implement social security policies well.

Speaking at the event, Comrade Nguyen Viet Oanh congratulated investors who have chosen to invest in Bac Giang province. The approval of new industrial parks and clusters to come into operation soon, attracting secondary investors to production and business will create a driving force to promote the province's growth.

Both projects are conveniently located. Tien Son - Ninh Son Industrial Park has convenient traffic conditions and is expected to become a destination for strategic investors in the fields of high-tech manufacturing, electronics, semiconductors, etc. in the near future.

Phuong Son - Dai Lam Industrial Cluster is planned according to a model close to the people, creating production and business conditions for enterprises in the province, solving on-site jobs for local workers.
