Representative of Buon Ma Thuot City Red Cross Society awarded Golden Heart Certificates to co-organizers and sponsors of the program.

The program is sponsored by JCI South Saigon’s “Heart To Heart” Community Project. This is a deeply humane project aimed at improving the physical and mental health of the elderly and people with disabilities – people who often lack comprehensive health care, are easily isolated and need more care and companionship from the community.
