The launching ceremony was held live from Hanoi and online to 33 provinces, cities, 3,121 communes, wards and administrative zones nationwide. This is an activity towards the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), National Day September 2 (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) and Traditional Day of the People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025).

At the Lai Chau provincial bridge, the launching ceremony was attended by comrades: Vu Manh Ha - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Van Luong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Chu Le Chinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tong Thanh Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Provincial Party Executive Committee; representatives of the leaders of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of the leaders of the provincial departments, branches and sectors.
Responding to the Program, the whole province had 35/38 communes and wards organizing walking activities with over 10,000 participants. The provincial bridge alone had 3,100 cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, youth union members, teachers, students, and people participating.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association, Co-Head of the Steering Committee of the Program "Forwarding with Vietnam" emphasized that the Program "Forwarding with Vietnam" is a community activity of unprecedented scale and significance, taking place at a special moment when the whole country is entering a new stage of development. For the first time, a flag-saluting and marching activity was held simultaneously in 34 provinces, cities and 3,321 communes, wards and special zones nationwide.
In addition, the activity not only demonstrates patriotism, national pride, and contributes to reducing carbon emissions towards the national Net Zero goal, but is also a journey of millions of hearts beating in unison, bringing together many generations and all classes of people from urban to rural, mountainous, remote and isolated areas. Each locality contributes its strength, and steps together for a great goal: For a united, strong Vietnam, ready to step forward into a new era - an era of national aspirations, of the spirit of progress for a powerful future.

After the launching speech of Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Co-Head of the Program Steering Committee and the launching command of the Hanoi bridge, 3,100 cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, teachers, students, and people at the provincial bridge lined up to walk along a route of about 2 km and about 7,000 people in communes in the province also participated in the Program.
