According to this person, the project is invested by the Medical Construction Project Management Board (Ministry of Health). The Central Highlands Regional Forensic Psychiatry Center is the beneficiary, and the project is being implemented.

"The disorder at the project site has caused people to misunderstand that our Center did not pay the contractor," he said.

Previously, at the gate of the Central Highlands Regional Forensic Psychiatric Center, some people hung banners demanding payment from the contractor; they even sprayed white letters on the gate of the Center to collect debt.

According to the report of the Medical Construction Project Management Board, at the Central Highlands Regional Forensic Psychiatric Center project, there was an incident where a subcontractor caused disorder outside the construction site related to the relationship between the main contractor and the subcontractor. The main cause was related to debt settlement. The incident occurred outside the construction site and did not affect the safety of the construction site.

The Medical Construction Project Management Board has taken note and made corrections, reminding the main contractor. The parties have resolved the issue themselves and removed the banners and slogans. In case of recurrence or excessive or illegal behavior, the Medical Construction Project Management Board will report to the authorities for handling.

It is known that regarding the disorder at the Central Highlands Regional Forensic Psychiatric Center, relevant units held a meeting on the afternoon of July 17.

Previously, in June 2020, the Ministry of Health approved the project to build the Central Highlands Regional Forensic Psychiatry Center.

The project started in January 2022. Due to limited funding, the power supply for the project has not been implemented.
