News from Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine in Ho Chi Minh City said the school was very surprised to receive information about a final year student being scammed out of 7 billion VND and then missing.
The top racing statement that the scam group sent to students
The report of the student's parents who were cheated of money sent to the police and the school has information that on May 23, this student called his mother and said: I was selected by the school to go on an international student exchange in the Federal Republic of Germany and asked my family to deposit money into my account so that I could submit a statement to the school to apply for the exchange.
This student repeatedly asked his family to transfer money to be in the top 5 students with the best financial ability and received 7 billion VND.
The family became suspicious because the student continued to request money transfers, so when they checked their child's account balance, the bank informed them that there was no money left in the account.
When the parents went to the boarding house, they learned that the student had not returned to the boarding house since May 14. Since May 23, the student had not come to practice at the hospital. When they called to ask, the student said he had returned to his hometown to visit his sick mother.
