Attending the bridge point of Son La province were leaders and experts of specialized departments related to the management and use of public assets of departments, branches and sectors of the province.
At the conference, the Department of Public Asset Management, Ministry of Finance introduced the main contents of regulations on standards and norms for the use of offices, public facilities, cars, machinery and equipment; introduced the main contents of Circular No. 36/2025/TT-BTC dated June 12, 2025 on amending and supplementing a number of articles in circulars of the Minister of Finance; introduced the main contents of the decree detailing a number of articles of the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets (replacing Decree No. 151/107/ND-CP; Decree No. 114/2024/ND-CP; Decree No. 50/2025/ND-CP).
Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance has coordinated with relevant agencies to research, develop and submit to the Government and the Prime Minister for promulgation policies regulating standards and norms for the use of public assets: Decree No. 153/2025/ND-CP dated June 15, 2025 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 72/2023/ND-CP dated September 26, 2023 of the Government regulating standards and norms for the use of automobiles; Decree No. 155/2025/ND-CP dated June 16, 2025 regulating standards and norms for office buildings (replacing Decree No. 152/2017/ND-CP dated December 27, 2017 of the Government); Decision No. 15/2025/QD-TTg dated June 14, 2025 of the Prime Minister stipulating standards and norms for machinery and equipment (replacing Decision No. 50/2017/QD-TTg dated December 31, 2017 of the Prime Minister), effective from July 1, 2025.
Concluding the conference, the Deputy Minister of Finance requested agencies, units and localities to focus on directing the full implementation of assigned tasks and responsibilities according to the provisions of the Government's decrees and decisions of the Prime Minister. Ensure that subjects affected by the above documents fully, accurately and promptly grasp the policy content to properly implement the regulations, meeting the requirements of the tasks when the 2-level local government model takes effect from July 1, 2025. During the implementation process, if any difficulties or problems arise, promptly report them to the Ministry of Finance for guidance and coordination in handling.
