Implementing the Law on Management and Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones

The purpose is to specifically define the work content, deadline, completion progress and responsibilities of relevant agencies and organizations in implementing the Law, ensuring timeliness, synchronization, unity, effectiveness and efficiency. Determine the responsibilities and coordination mechanisms between ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies and localities in carrying out activities to implement the Law nationwide.

At the same time, raise awareness of the Law and the responsibility of all levels, sectors, provinces, centrally run cities and the People in implementing the Law.

The contents of the Plan include: Organizing the dissemination, propaganda, popularization and training of the Law's contents; organizing the review of current legal documents related to the management and protection of defense works and military zones; proposing amendments, supplements, replacements, and repeal of regulations that are no longer suitable or have expired, or issuing new legal documents to ensure consistency and synchronization with the Law; developing detailed regulations and measures for the implementation of the Law; organizing the monitoring, inspection and reporting of the results of the implementation of the Law.

In particular, the Ministry of National Defense presides over and coordinates with relevant ministries and branches to compile documents serving the propaganda and dissemination of the contents of the Law on Management and Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones and documents guiding the implementation of the Law.

At the same time, the Ministry of National Defense presides over the development of a Decree regulating the classification, grouping and determination of the scope of protection of defense works and military zones; a Decree detailing a number of articles of the Law on Management and Protection of Defense Works and Military Zones; a Circular of the Ministry of National Defense detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Management and Protection of Defense Works and Military Zones...
