TRUaire Vietnam signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Dragon Capital Vietnam, providing retirement benefits to 1,500 employees in Vietnam.
TRUaire Vietnam Industrial Company Limited (TRUaire Vietnam) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Dragon Capital Vietnam Investment Fund Management Company ("Dragon Capital Vietnam") to provide retirement benefits to more than 1,500 employees in Vietnam. This activity contributes to affirming the orientation of building the best working environment for employees of the member company of CSWI Group.
In the context of rapid population aging and increasing number of elderly people, the need for social security is one of the things that people are concerned about.
Along with that, by 2030, Vietnam will have over 16 million elderly people without pensions due to the population aging rate occurring faster than the economic growth rate, according to the forecast of the International Labor Organization (ILO).
Therefore, the establishment of a voluntary supplementary pension fund (pension fund), including products pioneered by Dragon Capital Vietnam, is considered a useful and meaningful solution for the future of workers.
Signing with Dragon Capital Vietnam to bring the Voluntary Supplementary Pension Fund to its staff is a long-term commitment of TRUaire Vietnam to ensure financial stability for employees upon retirement.
It is expected that more than 1,500 employees of the company will participate in this program. TRUaire is the 19th enterprise to sign with Dragon Capital Vietnam to implement a pension fund for employees and is the pioneer in Nhon Trach Industrial Park ( Dong Nai ) to bring this benefit to its team.
As one of the world's leading group companies, TRUaire Vietnam always strives to provide the best benefits packages for its employees.

With the Voluntary Supplemental Pension Plan provided and managed by Dragon Capital Vietnam, current and future employees of TRUaire Vietnam can participate if they wish and meet certain specific requirements.
The company and employee contributions to the Pension Fund will be the foundation for each person's financial future. "We share the company's profits through this Pension Fund to both recognize and express gratitude for the positive contributions of our staff and to encourage each employee to create and maintain the habit of saving to ensure their future life," said Mr. Luu Thanh Phuong, Factory Director of TRUaire Vietnam.
