Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee informed that starting from June 1, the province will coordinate with Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR) to deploy a trial run of a tourist train route from Quy Nhon station to Dieu Tri station, called "Returning to the land of martial arts".
Binh Dinh is testing a tourist train route from Quy Nhon station to Dieu Tri station called "Returning to the land of martial arts".
The train route promises to bring unique cultural and tourism experiences to visitors, contributing to enriching local tourism products.
The cruise ship with an itinerary designed for guests to explore and check-in at famous destinations such as the ancient Twin Towers and the poetic Luat Le Bridge, giving visitors a new perspective on the beauty and historical and cultural values of the coastal city of Quy Nhon.
The train is arranged with 2 air-conditioned carriages with 64 seats, the most special of which is the Cultural - Educational carriage (1C). In this carriage, visitors will enjoy free special cultural and artistic programs such as Hat Boi, Bai Choi; programs introducing typical cuisine of Binh Dinh province.
At the same time, there will be a team of professional tour guides accompanying tourists, explaining about the destinations and cultural values of Binh Dinh land, bringing a complete experience to tourists.
The railway line from Dieu Tri station to Quy Nhon station is the shortest railway line on the Vietnam railway map.
The leader of Saigon Railway Transport Joint Stock Company said that the route from Dieu Tri station to Quy Nhon station is currently the shortest railway route on the Vietnam railway map in operation.
" The implementation of this tourist train route is the result of cooperation between the railway industry and the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province, aiming to evaluate and develop a long-term exploitation plan, contributing to enriching the map of Vietnam's railway tourism.
At the same time, this event marks an important step forward in the cooperation agreement on developing railway tourism between the two units, realizing the positive results from the technical test trains on May 1-2, 2025, " said a representative of the Saigon Railway Transport Joint Stock Company.
The schedule has 2 pairs of trains running daily with numbers QN2/QN1, QN3/QN4 and stopping at tourist attractions on the route from Dieu Tri - Quy Nhon station for visitors to check-in and take pictures:
- Train QN2: Departs Quy Nhon Station at 9:00, arrives at Dieu Tri Station at 10:50; Stops at km 8+350 (Twin Towers) for 40 minutes; Stops at km 1+400 (Luat Le Bridge) for 30 minutes.
- Train QN1: Departs from Dieu Tri Station at 11:10, arrives at Quy Nhon Station at 11:40.
- Train QN4: Departs Quy Nhon Station at 19:00, arrives at Dieu Tri Station at 20:50; Stops at km 8+350 (Twin Towers) for 40 minutes; Stops at km 1+400 (Luat Le Bridge) for 30 minutes.
- Train QN3: Departs from Dieu Tri Station at 9:15 p.m., arrives at Quy Nhon Station at 9:45 p.m.
+ One-way ticket price: 100,000 VND/ticket; Round-trip ticket price: 150,000 VND/ticket.
