As an advanced AI version researched and developed by KienlongBank staff in the spirit of mastering technology, an AI Teller can automatically perform daily operations such as providing information about products, policies, process instructions or supporting customers to quickly look up information.

AI tellers will be integrated into the widely spread X-Digi system to support customers, especially people in remote areas and disadvantaged people, to easily access and make financial transactions 24/7.

In the future, KienlongBank aims to integrate AI Tellers into all platforms, "touch points" of communication with customers such as the X-Digi Booth system, KienlongBank Plus Mobile Banking application, physical transaction counters... ready to support customers to make transactions anytime, anywhere when needed, thereby contributing to improving service quality.
