The political report and the delegates' speeches affirmed: During the past term, the entire Party Committee has always been united, active, and proactive in overcoming difficulties to lead and complete the assigned tasks and targets. Notably: The leadership has well implemented the "4 know" in airspace management, grasped and handled situations well according to Directive 750 of the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army. The months of combat duty, reserve duty, and combat readiness to protect holidays, Tet, and important political events have all completed their tasks well.

Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Truong, Deputy Political Commissar of Division 363, Air Defense - Air Force Service, highly appreciated the spirit of solidarity and leadership results of the Party Committee of Regiment 238 for the 2020-2025 term.

Develop plans and strictly organize the implementation of training regimes, annually complete 100% of tasks, targets, and training time, ensuring training close to actual combat. Regular inspection results are 100% satisfactory, 85.5 to 87.2% good and excellent; combat crews of the Regiment's command center and fire battalions all achieved 1 good crew and 1 good crew; participating in competitions and sports events at all levels all achieved excellent results and won prizes. From 2020 to present, the Regiment has always achieved the target of "Excellent training unit".

In the spirit of democracy and solidarity, the Congress discussed and contributed opinions to the draft documents of the XIV Congress at the higher level; elected the 22nd Regiment Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and delegates to attend the 12th Division Party Congress with a high number of votes of confidence.
