Overview of the propaganda conference.

At the conference, the reporter of Squadron 21 disseminated the functions and tasks of the Coast Guard; disseminated regulations and legal documents of Vietnam and international countries on preventing and combating illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing, the harmful effects of illegal fishing on aquatic resources and fishermen's livelihoods, as well as preventive measures and sanctions for violations. In addition, Squadron 21 also screened documentaries, distributed leaflets, and answered questions from fishermen.

The working group of the 21st Fleet also went to the Cat Minh fishing port to present gifts and conduct propaganda at Ship BD-93147. Captain Nguyen Van Bo shared: Through the propaganda campaign, fishermen have raised their awareness and responsibility in protecting aquatic resources, developing sustainable fisheries, joining hands with functional forces and local authorities to fight against IUU fishing, contributing to the early removal of the European Commission (EC)'s "yellow card" for the Vietnamese fisheries industry.

Giving gifts and national flags to fishermen.

At the program, Squadron 21 presented 500 national flags and 54 gifts (each worth 500,000 VND) to fishing families and policy families in difficult circumstances.
