Will organize professional training for staff at online public service support points

The Department of Science and Technology plans to organize training courses on professional guidance and administrative procedure handling processes at online public service support points in June 2025.

The training content aims to guide staff at online public service support points in the province on professional support for people and businesses in using online public services throughout the process; guide the process of handling administrative procedures in accordance with current regulations; answer questions and share practical implementation experiences at support points.

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee had issued a document agreeing to pilot the Online Public Service Support Point model in Dong Nai province. Accordingly, the whole province will have 25 pilot locations implementing the Online Public Service Support Point model with 14 administrative procedure categories to be implemented. The pilot locations for this model include: Mobifone Dong Nai stores (3 locations); VNPT Dong Nai sales and transaction offices (5 locations); post office system, commune cultural post offices under the Provincial Post Office (17 locations).
