Chau Phong Primary School is one of the units that responded early to the emulation movement to build "4-good Party Cells", concretizing it with practical actions. The Party Cell currently has 20 Party members, including 2 managers, the rest are teachers directly teaching in the classroom. Each meeting becomes a forum for Party members to exchange, give advice, review teaching work, and improve themselves. Thoroughly implementing the spirit of Directive No. 50-CT/TW of the Secretariat and Instruction No. 12-HD/BTCTW of the Central Organizing Committee, the Party Cell maintains a strict working routine according to a 3-step process: Preparing content, organizing meetings, and implementing resolutions.

Each Party member is assigned to be in charge of a specific area, reports on results, points out limitations and proposes solutions. Thanks to that, Party Cell activities always take place democratically, openly but still seriously and in accordance with principles."

In addition to regular activities, specialized activities are maintained regularly with practical contents such as: Innovation in teaching methods; studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; digital transformation in education , building friendly schools and active students. The flexible connection between Party activities and professional activities helps each Party member to be more self-aware, responsible and mature in the pedagogical environment.

Implementing the model of "4 Good Party Cells" for the period 2023 - 2025, the school's Party Cell has achieved many outstanding results. In terms of political ideology, 100% of Party members have studied and fully grasped the Party's resolutions, maintaining the stance and spirit of internal solidarity. In terms of task performance, over the past 5 years, the school has always excellently completed assigned tasks; for many consecutive years, the Provincial People's Committee has awarded certificates of merit and emulation flags. The Party Cell is classified as having excellently completed its tasks, with no Party members violating discipline.

In the Party cell, the spirit of solidarity is always maintained. All opinions in activities are listened to and analyzed impartially, creating a democratic and open atmosphere. It is this consensus that becomes the "glue" that binds the teaching staff together, spreading the spirit of responsibility to each class and each teacher.

Mr. Le Cong Hung shared: “From the model of “4 Good Party Cell”, the school’s teaching staff is increasingly dynamic, creative in their profession, boldly innovating teaching methods, contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education. What is more valuable is the spirit of solidarity, self-awareness and responsibility that have become beautiful cultural features of the school.”

Reality shows that when the party organization in schools is strengthened and leadership capacity is enhanced, all professional activities and emulation movements flourish. From responsible working style to lifestyle and behavior in schools, all exude the new vitality of a group of exemplary party members, dedicated to their profession.

Not only contributing to building a clean and strong party organization, Chau Phong Primary School Party Cell is also the political nucleus of the local education sector at the source of Hau River, where each party member is both a person who imparts knowledge and spreads moral values, personality and spirit of serving the people.

In the coming time, the school's Party cell will continue to innovate the content of its activities, linking Party building work with the implementation of the 2018 general education program; at the same time, promoting democracy, emphasizing the exemplary role of cadres and Party members, building a united, creative and responsible pedagogical collective. That new vitality is spreading, contributing to embellishing the emulation movement to build "4 Good Party Cells", where the Hau River still carries heavy alluvium every day, nurturing the faith and aspirations of today's young generation.
