The restoration and embellishment project has a total investment of 49,241 billion VND, including 3 main component projects. In which, the first project is to build and embellish the memorial house, memorial house, and thatched house. The second project is to build and renovate the technical infrastructure and some items of the memorial area. The third project is to build and embellish some items at the cemetery.
According to plan, the project will be completed in 110 days, in time to celebrate the 120th anniversary of the birth of General Secretary Ha Huy Tap (1906 - 2026).
The tomb and memorial site of General Secretary Ha Huy Tap are red addresses with special significance in revolutionary tradition education . After a long period of exploitation, many items in the memorial site and tomb have seriously degraded, small scale, unsynchronized infrastructure; outdated display methods, not meeting the requirements of conservation, propaganda and serving visitors and study.
Therefore, restoration and embellishment are urgent requirements to preserve the original elements constituting the relic, improve the quality of traditional education activities, and at the same time serve well the political task towards the 120th anniversary of the birth of General Secretary Ha Huy Tap and move towards proposing the recognition of a special National Monument.
