The inspection contents include: Technical work of weapons; work to ensure safety for weapons and ammunition warehouses; results of deployment, exploitation and use of software to manage weapons and ammunition; review of inventory results in 2025; records, books of management, monitoring, statistical registration of warehouse keepers and some specified contents as required by the inspection team.

Colonel Bui Huy Ngoc, Deputy Director of the Department of Armaments, chaired the inspection.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Chin, Head of the Medical Warehouse, reported to the inspection team on the quantity, quality, and results of the inventory of weapons and ammunition in 2025 assigned to him. Over the past years, the Medical Warehouse has done a good job of managing weapons and ammunition, strictly implementing the principles of annual inventory, ensuring absolute safety, and preventing loss or shortage.

Colonel Bui Huy Ngoc, Head of the inspection team, highly appreciated the results of the unit's management and inventory of weapons and ammunition; at the same time, he requested that specialized agencies continue to direct and guide the Medical Warehouse to do a good job of managing, storing, and inventorying weapons and ammunition every year strictly, in accordance with principles, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.
