Pursuant to Decision No. 1035/QD-TM dated May 7, 2025 of the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army on putting into military equipment and distributing self-propelled kitchen vehicles produced by the General Department of Logistics and Engineering; implementing the technical equipment procurement plan for the period 2021-2025 of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering approved by the Ministry of National Defense , in 2024, the Quartermaster Department continued to deploy and complete the content of purchasing and producing 10 self-propelled kitchen vehicles from the state budget for regular expenditure on national defense in 2024, reported and was decided by the Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army to put into military service, providing equipment to 8 focal units in the entire army.

Accordingly, the 10 kitchen vehicles manufactured in 2024 handed over to the units on this occasion belong to the third batch of products produced, which has basically overcome the limitations of the previous test batches, the products have been completed and improved from design to manufacturing.

During the production and acceptance process, the Quartermaster Department has coordinated with agencies and units to fully implement the procedures and regulations in the Circulars of the Ministry of National Defense, such as regulations on "Renovation of motor vehicles and specialized motorbikes", "Registration for quality assessment of defense goods", "Management of defense product design", "Management and use of technical equipment in the Vietnam People's Army and Militia and Self-Defense Force" and a number of other regulations...

Up to this point, the paperwork and 10 kitchen carts have been completed, ensuring proper processes, procedures and principles.

Hand over vehicles to units.

In his concluding remarks, Colonel Ha Chi Dung requested the following units to receive vehicles, proactively mobilize vehicles to their units; strictly comply with regulations when participating in traffic; deploy the establishment of car registration records according to regulations of the Ministry of National Defense, and strictly organize vehicle management.

Thoroughly implement the regulations on maintenance and repair of cars and specialized equipment, maintain safety, promote the efficiency of use of vehicles and related synchronous equipment.

Continue to organize training and review to improve the professional skills of the crew, ensure proficiency in operating operations, and know how to handle common situations that arise with vehicles and equipment.
