Over the past years, the Party Committees of the former Army Corps 3, Army Corps 4, and the current Army Corps 34 and Party committees and organizations at all levels have thoroughly grasped, led, and directed the serious and effective implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo , closely linked with the implementation of Conclusion 01, Directive 87, Resolution 847 and directives, resolutions, conclusions, and regulations of the Central Committee and the Central Military Commission on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle.

From 2016 to present, the entire Corps has compiled 44 topics on studying and following Uncle Ho. The results of the cognitive test of officers and professional soldiers are 100% satisfactory or higher, with more than 86.7% being good and excellent; non-commissioned officers and soldiers are 100% satisfactory or higher, with more than 84.6% being good and excellent.

The movement to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has permeated and spread widely throughout the Corps.

Party committees and organizations at all levels have closely combined studying and following Uncle Ho with the Emulation Movement for Victory, campaigns at all levels and sectors; made following Uncle Ho one of the annual emulation targets and sudden emulation campaigns, to register commitments to strive with specific measures and methods, aiming at implementing key political tasks and breakthroughs, focusing on training, combat readiness, building discipline, managing discipline, and building a clean and strong Party organization.

Many good models, creative and effective ways have been deployed by units such as: Model of building a team of cadres with "3 exemplary", "4 no's", "3 yes's", "3 should's"; "3 substance", "3 finality" in politicaleducation ; "1 study, 2 do, 3 love, 4 say"; "4 with the army"; "Zalo group for soldiers' rear"; "1 self-conscious, 2 active, 3 no's, 4 responsibilities"; "Letter to soldiers" of Division 9; "Minutes of Uncle Ho's words" of Division 10; "Sharing love - Warming comradeship"; "A life lesson every day" of Division 320; "Green library" of Brigade 273; "Supporting district training season" of Brigade 40; "Needle and thread, soldiers are satisfied", "Bowl of water on the training ground"... of Women's Unions at all levels in the Corps.

In particular, the entire Corps has built 276 groups and 1,432 typical individuals who are advanced in studying and following Uncle Ho's example. On this occasion, Corps 34 awarded certificates of merit to 15 groups and 24 individuals and proposed the Ministry of National Defense to commend 1 group and 1 individual who are outstanding in implementing Directive 05.

Concluding the conference, Lieutenant General Dao Tuan Anh requested Party committees, commanders at all levels and all cadres, party members, union members and association members to continue to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. Closely combine studying and following Uncle Ho with implementing the Resolutions of the Central Committee, the Central Military Commission, emulation movements, campaigns and political tasks of the unit. Cadres at all levels, especially cadres in charge, must do a good job of setting an example, "self-reflection, self-correction", implementing "The superiors set an exemplary example, the subordinates actively follow", "Learning goes hand in hand with doing", so that studying and following Uncle Ho becomes a voluntary and regular activity, striving to complete all assigned tasks well.
