Since the beginning of April, the Provincial People's Committee has issued Plan No. 63/KH-UBND, specifying the direction of the Central Steering Committee and the Ministry of Home Affairs , assigning tasks to functional agencies, districts, cities, and the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to proactively develop plans to respond to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health and Occupational Safety and Health in 2025 in accordance with the actual situation. The Provincial People's Committee requested that the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2025 aims to raise awareness of all levels, sectors, organizations and individuals about laws and policies on occupational safety and health; rights and obligations of organizations and individuals in implementing the State's laws and policies on occupational safety and health; promote specific action programs in enterprises, production and business establishments to improve working conditions; strengthen assessment and identification of risks and proactively implement measures to ensure occupational safety and health at the workplace. The organization of the Action Month must be practical, consistent with the local situation, providing highly applicable solutions, contributing to improving working conditions, minimizing work accidents and occupational diseases.
As the Standing Committee of the Provincial Occupational Safety and Health Council, the Department of Home Affairs has actively advised and issued many documents directing the synchronous implementation of response activities. The Department of Home Affairs issued Official Dispatch No. 3226/SNV-LĐVL&BHXH dated April 17, 2025 requesting localities and units to organize self-inspection, review and assessment of occupational safety and health risks, and at the same time deploy diverse and vivid forms of communication. Coordinate with press agencies to promote propaganda on the Law on Occupational Safety and Health; occupational safety and health work; the purpose and significance of implementing occupational safety and health for production and business activities, protecting workers' health and sustainable development of enterprises; the rights and obligations of employers and employees in ensuring occupational safety and health; the theme of the Action Month; activities responding to the Action Month and slogans of action; advanced examples... on mass media; Use slogans, banners, billboards, posters, documents, and leaflets for communication. Propaganda on the electronic information page, bulletin board of agencies and enterprises; organize direct communication sessions; organize seminars, policy dialogues, exchanges, and experience sharing on occupational hygiene and safety.

Responding to the 2025 Occupational Safety and Health Action Month, based on the actual situation and specific conditions, localities, units, enterprises, production and business establishments in the province have proactively hung slogans, organized launching ceremonies, seminars, policy dialogues, conferences, workshops, exchanges, sharing of experiences on occupational safety and health, occupational safety and health competitions, cultural exchanges with propaganda content on occupational safety and health... to attract the attention of employers and employees, the social community, and promote the participation of employees in this work. Organize conferences to evaluate occupational safety and health work, summarize and summarize the emulation movement on occupational safety and health, the green - clean - beautiful movement, commend and reward collectives and individuals with achievements in occupational safety and health work and emulation movements. Organize occupational safety and health training, periodic health check-ups, and occupational disease detection examinations for employees. In addition to investing in improving working conditions and enhancing occupational safety and health, localities, agencies, organizations, enterprises, production and business establishments shall take care of the health and spirit of workers; coordinate with medical facilities to organize periodic health check-ups and occupational disease check-ups for workers, especially workers in enterprises with toxic working environments. During the Action Month, the province established an interdisciplinary team to inspect key enterprises with high risks of occupational accidents and diseases regarding the implementation of occupational safety and health laws, training, use, declaration, registration, and inspection of machinery, equipment, and materials with strict requirements on occupational safety and health. Functional sectors, districts, cities, and the provincial Industrial Park Management Boards increased inspection and supervision of enterprises and workers in implementing occupational safety and health laws; promptly detected and guided enterprises and production facilities to overcome and handle occupational safety and health risks; and strictly handled cases of intentional violations.
The 2025 Occupational Safety and Health Action Month is not only a peak propaganda campaign but also an opportunity for all levels, sectors, businesses and workers to review the management system and law enforcement on safe labor.
