Since the beginning of April, the Provincial People's Committee has issued Plan No. 63/KH-UBND, specifying the direction of the Central Steering Committee and the Ministry of Home Affairs , assigning tasks to functional agencies, districts, cities, and the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to proactively develop plans to respond to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health and Occupational Safety and Health in 2025 in accordance with the actual situation. The Provincial People's Committee requested that the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2025 aims to raise awareness of all levels, sectors, organizations and individuals about laws and policies on occupational safety and health; rights and obligations of organizations and individuals in implementing the State's laws and policies on occupational safety and health; promote specific action programs in enterprises, production and business establishments to improve working conditions; strengthen assessment and identification of risks and proactively implement measures to ensure occupational safety and health at the workplace. The organization of the Action Month must be practical, consistent with the local situation, providing highly applicable solutions, contributing to improving working conditions, minimizing work accidents and occupational diseases.
As the Standing Committee of the Provincial Occupational Safety and Health Council, the Department of Home Affairs has actively advised and issued many documents directing the synchronous implementation of response activities. The Department of Home Affairs issued Official Dispatch No. 3226/SNV-LĐVL&BHXH dated April 17, 2025 requesting localities and units to organize self-inspection, review and assessment of occupational safety and health risks, and at the same time deploy diverse and vivid forms of communication. Functional sectors, districts, cities, and the provincial Industrial Park Management Boards increased inspection and supervision of enterprises and workers in implementing occupational safety and health laws; promptly detected and guided enterprises and production facilities to overcome and handle occupational safety and health risks; and strictly handled cases of intentional violations.
