For her, this is not just a simple contest but also an opportunity to demonstrate political responsibility and sharpness in theoretical thinking. In 2024, with the work "Social Security - Reason for Living, Love of Life, Full of Humanity", she won the B prize at the military level. From her practical experience in writing contest entries, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thuy Linh shared her experience: "After determining the topic, the writer needs to skillfully apply scientific research methods, and at the same time develop the content of the article on the basis of a system of arguments and solid arguments, with valid theoretical, practical and legal bases. From there, directly combat and effectively refute erroneous and hostile viewpoints".

Not only creating contest entries, at the Academy of Politics, high-quality political essays continue to "live" in the teaching and scientific research environment. Many typical articles are used as materials for lectures, discussion topics, seminars... helping students approach current issues with sharp arguments and vivid practical examples. Not only simply imparting knowledge, these works are also handbooks to help students practice their skills in identifying and fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints with scientific reasoning. Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Nguyen Van Toan, lecturer at the Faculty of Scientific Socialism, said: "We use the contest entries as a vivid source of materials for the teaching process. These political essays are integrated into lectures, systematically analyzed and interpreted to build practical situations, helping students clearly identify erroneous and hostile viewpoints."

The impressive thing about this year’s Academy competition is the series of 3 articles with the theme “Identifying and combating the exploitation of patriotism in cyberspace” by a group of authors led by Lieutenant Colonel, Dr. Hoang Gia Khanh, Head of the Department of History of Philosophy. Although they were not formally trained in broadcasting, the group of authors still decided to choose this type of competition because they believed in the special spreading power of radio waves, a means of communication that can reach remote villages where the internet is not yet popular.

Entering its fifth year, the competition continues to spread strongly at the Academy of Politics. For the staff, lecturers and students, participating in the competition is an opportunity to promote intelligence and bravery, and at the same time is a process of training and building each staff, lecturer and student to become a shock soldier on the ideological and theoretical front, determined to firmly protect the Party's ideological foundation in the new situation. Major General, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ba Hung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Academy of Politics affirmed: "The Party Committee and Board of Directors of the Academy determined that participating in the competition is not only an opportunity to express sentiment and political responsibility but also an opportunity to affirm the intelligence, position and prestige of the Academy in the struggle for ideology and theory, protecting the Party's ideological foundation".
