The central report at the conference stated: Over the past 10 years, the Party Committee of Military Region 9 has focused on leading and directing Party committees and commanders at all levels to thoroughly grasp and implement synchronously, comprehensively, seriously and closely the viewpoints, goals, tasks and solutions in the spirit of Resolution 347 and achieved important results.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Military Region Command, the Party Committees and commanders of agencies and units, through many policies, measures and diverse forms, have organized to thoroughly grasp, propagate, disseminateand educate the officers and soldiers of the Military Region's armed forces to deeply understand the viewpoints, goals, tasks and main solutions of Resolution 347 and the Party's new viewpoints and thinking on the objects, partners and tasks of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation; closely follow and concretize the action programs and plans of the Party Committees at all levels, organize implementation at each level in accordance with the assigned functions and tasks.
