Attending the Conference, delegates listened to lecturers from the Academy of Politics introduce 3 topics: The Communist Party of Vietnam 's viewpoint on democracy and innovation of the political system in Vietnam today; The role of the modern scientific and technological revolution, theory and application; The army's participation in production labor, combining national defense with socio-economic development and responding to non-traditional security challenges.

The conference aims to continue to thoroughly grasp and successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, resolutions of Party congresses at all levels and the resolution on leadership in implementing the tasks of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering in 2025. At the same time, to foster, consolidate and raise awareness of political theory and the Party's guidelines for senior officials, chairing officials and reporters in the General Department of Logistics and Engineering.
