The work of propaganda, political education, grasping and managing the ideology of soldiers has been innovated, achieving practical results. Along with that, the Provincial Military Command has synchronously implemented solutions to build a strong Party organization in terms of politics, ideology, organization and ethics; improving the leadership capacity, fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of cadres and Party members. The work of cadres and management of reserve officers has been carried out in a disciplined and proper manner.

The unit has done a good job of grasping the local situation, protecting internal politics, protecting secrets and network security. Mass organizations have operated effectively; the system of documents for the Party and the Central Committee has been built in a unified and complete manner.
