With the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and close direction from superiors, the agency has organized timely and transparent execution of judgments, decisions and requests for execution in accordance with the law, contributing to maintaining discipline and law in the Army; protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the State, collectives and citizens.

Deployment of execution tasks.

In the first six months of 2025, the Enforcement Department has made continuous efforts to ensure discipline and the rule of law in the military environment. From the beginning of the year, the unit has closely followed the leadership of the Standing Committee of the Military Region Party Committee, the Commander of Military Region 4 and professional guidance from the Enforcement Department, Ministry of National Defense to deploy enforcement work in the right direction and with the right focus. Enforcement officers, officers and employees in the unit demonstrated consensus and high responsibility in each part of the work. Under the close management of the leadership, the entire work process from receiving documents, issuing decisions to handling evidence and assets has been carried out in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring publicity and transparency.

Many weekends and many nights after hours, the offices of officers and employees of the Execution Department of Military Region 4 are still lit up, everyone tries to complete their work, together with the agency to complete the assigned tasks.

Check evidence before destruction.

It is known that in the first 6 months of the year, the Enforcement Department received 8 first-instance criminal judgments transferred by the Military Court, 6 requests for enforcement from litigants and 2 entrusted files. In total, 79 decisions were issued, including: 35 enforcement decisions and 44 other decisions related to the assignment of enforcement officers, destruction of evidence, continued enforcement; suspension of enforcement...

The total number of cases to be executed during the period was 42, with a total amount of more than 4.5 billion VND. Of these, 40 cases were eligible for execution, and 2 cases were not eligible. The unit completed the execution of 28 cases, collecting more than 3.519 billion VND, reaching 83% of the cases and more than 54% of the amount. All the collected money was paid into the state budget or transferred to the right subjects, without any errors or complaints.

Military Procuracy of Military Region 4 supervises the execution of sentences in the first 6 months of 2025.

In addition to the enforcement work, the department also performed well in preserving and handling evidence and seized assets. During the period, 15 pieces of evidence were handled in accordance with regulations, without any backlog. The collection and disbursement of enforcement money were also carried out to the right subjects, in accordance with the financial and accounting procedures of the industry, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ba Ky, Deputy Head of the Execution Department of Military Region 4, reported on the execution situation in the first 6 months of 2025 to the working delegation of the Military Procuracy of Military Region 4.

Notably, the agency did not receive any complaints or denunciations. The reception of citizens was organized carefully and properly, creating maximum convenience for the parties in submitting or receiving money, and confirming the results of the execution of the judgment. The conclusion from the periodic inspection of the Military Procuracy of Military Region 4 also affirmed that the unit strictly complied with the law, followed the correct procedures, and had no content that was protested or recommended.

Colonel Tran Dinh Thong, Head of the Execution Department of Military Region 4, affirmed that in the first 6 months of 2025, in the context of many objective difficulties such as large areas, harsh weather, and difficult traffic, we have organized the effective and lawful execution of judgments, ensuring the rights of the State, collectives and individuals; many complicated and prolonged cases have been initially resolved. The work of receiving citizens, handling complaints, preserving and handling evidence has been carried out seriously, without any problems arising. In the last months of the year, the unit determined to continue to maintain the spirit of solidarity and discipline, proactively innovate methods of organizing execution, speed up the progress of resolving pending cases, and be determined to complete and strive to exceed assigned targets, contributing to maintaining military law and the trust of the people.
