Reporting on the results of training new soldiers, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Son, Division Commander of Division 363, said that after 3 months of training, the Division has completed 100% of the content and program of political education, military training, logistics, and techniques in accordance with regulations.

The training and testing results of all subjects were 100% satisfactory, of which more than 75% were good and excellent. 100% of new soldiers had stable thinking, good determination of tasks, and the unit was absolutely safe.

During the training of new soldiers, the Division pays special attention to the practice test procedures, safety rules, situational forecasts and handling methods during the 3-explosion test.

The Division actively innovates and combines forms and methods of politicaleducation ; closely combines basic political education with continuing education; political education with dissemination of legal education and traditional education, contributing to building trust, responsibility and pride, helping new soldiers feel secure in their work, excited to study, train and build the unit.

Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan acknowledged and commended the efforts and overcoming difficulties of the officers and soldiers of Division 363 in the past time; requested Party committees and commanders at all levels in the Division to continue to thoroughly grasp the Party's viewpoints and defense and military policies; resolutions and directives of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on training and combat readiness. Focus on leading and directing the active innovation to improve the quality of training and combat readiness of the Division, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
