Candidates can see exam scores posted at high schools.
The 10th grade entrance exam in Bac Lieu had the participation of more than 7,000 candidates who graduated from secondary school. According to the announced enrollment quota, high schools across the province will enroll a total of 6,660 students.
Of which, Bac Lieu High School for the Gifted recruits 9 specialized classes with a total of 315 students. These include the following subjects: math, physics, chemistry, biology, computer science, literature, history, geography and English. Each subject recruits 1 class and each class recruits no more than 35 students.
Previously, Bac Lieu was also the first province to organize the 10th grade exam for the 2025-2026 school year. Students took the exam in three subjects: literature, math, and English.
To date, more than 35 provinces have organized the 10th grade entrance exam in 2025.
The 10th grade entrance exam in 2025 is an important turning point, officially implemented for the first time under the 2018 GeneralEducation Program. This change brings a new look to the exam structure compared to before.
The core difference lies in the new program's focus on developing learners' qualities and abilities. This requires students to actively practice and develop real abilities instead of memorizing to cope with exams. Accordingly, this year's exam will completely eliminate memorization content.
