On average, each lake and pond that is renovated and upgraded has an investment value of over 10 billion VND, from the source of land use rights auctions of each locality. The lake and pond system has upgraded items such as: embankments, flower beds   Walking paths, flower gardens create a rural ecological environment, and a place for entertainment for local people.
