Associate Professor born in the 80s from Nam Dinh becomes Vice Principal of a large university

(Dan Tri) - Associate Professor, Dr. Luu Van Quyet, from Nam Dinh, was appointed Vice Principal of a large university in the South.

On June 3, the Director of Ho Chi Minh City National University signed a decision to appoint Associate Professor, Dr. Luu Van Quyet, Head of the Department of History, University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Ho Chi Minh City National University), to hold the position of Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.

Associate Professor, Dr. Luu Van Quyet was born in 1980, from Nam Dinh .

He has been associated with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City) since his early university years and has continuously studied and worked here for over two decades.

He graduated from university in 2004 and received his master's degree in Vietnamese history in 2007 from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Ho Chi Minh City National University).

In 2015, he graduated with a PhD in history from Beijing Normal University, China.

In 2022, he was appointed Associate Professor of History.

At the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City, he held important positions such as Deputy Dean (2015–2018), Head of the Department of History (2018 to present), Deputy Director of the Center for National Strategy and Policy Studies (2017–2023).
