Speaking at the congress, Major General Cao Phi Hung, Deputy Commander of Military Region 5, acknowledged and commended the efforts of the Party Committee of Brigade 573 during the past term. The Deputy Commander of Military Region requested the Party Committee and Command of Brigade 573 to continue to strengthen political and ideological education, making cadres, party members and soldiers deeply aware of the requirements and tasks and promoting the tradition of "Solidarity, coordination, mobility, determination to win" over more than 50 years of building, fighting and growing of the brigade. Promote the emulation movement "Logistics sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" and the 50th Campaign. Complete the targets of logistics and technical work, preserve and improve the quality of exploitation, ensure the technical coefficient of weapons and equipment, and meet the requirements of the mission.
