Ngoc Khanh said that in her second time attending the event, she was warmly welcomed by the Cannes Organizing Committee and participated in many meaningful events; she was one of 6 VIP guests attending an intimate dinner at a luxurious villa with the mayor of Cannes.
The highlight of the Cannes 2025 journey was the moment Maika Ngoc Khanh wore a dress designed from the traditional Vietnamese ao yem, walking on the red carpet. The dress was made in 60 consecutive days using hand embroidery techniques, combined with sophisticated lotus details.
“This time attending the Cannes Film Festival, I want to bring the symbolic image of Vietnam to promote to friends around the world. Therefore, I chose a modernized pinafore dress with a lotus flower pattern and meticulously hand-embroidered,” said Maika Ngoc Khanh.

Maika Ngoc Khanh's real name is Nguyen Hoang Ngoc Khanh (born 2012) and she is a prominent teenage face in the Vietnamese fashion model community.
The teenage model has an outstanding height of over 1m6, appearing on many domestic and international catwalks, including Vietnam International Fashion Week, Quang Ninh Ao Dai Festival, Vietnam Children's Ao Dai Festival, NYFW Elektra 2024 Fashion Show.
In 2023, she won the title "Rising Star Young Model of the Year" at the International Amazing Kids Awards in Thailand.

Always a good student
Nguyen Hoang Ngoc Khanh (born 2012) is currently the class monitor of the literature class at Giang Vo Secondary School (Ba Dinh, Hanoi ).
Ngoc Khanh shared: “I used to be very shy, so my family enrolled me in a child modeling class to help me become more confident. After that, I had the opportunity to participate in modeling activities and programs and was trusted by many fashion designers. I always prioritize studying, so I only participate in the program during my free time, on weekends.”

Not only is she beautiful, Ngoc Khanh also has outstanding academic achievements, continuously achieving the title of excellent student. She has also won prizes in many competitions. Among them, she has won third prize in the Cultural Subjects Olympic of Giang Vo Secondary School (Hanoi); and an Encouragement Prize in the National Writing Contest "Uncle Ho with Children" - Children with Uncle Ho".
Besides, Ngoc Khanh is also fluent in English. She shared that over the years, she has spent a lot of time learning and practicing English communication skills.
