Ho Chi Minh City: Opening of "Literature and Art Days for Children"

The program aims to introduce and spread to team members and children about the city's literature and art for children after 50 years of National Reunification Day, affirming the role of literature, art, and the creative career of artists and writers who have actively contributed to the struggle for national liberation through typical works.

The program creates a playground, experiential activities, and education for team members and children about the traditional values of literature and art; nurtures and promotes their talents in building and inheriting traditional values, arouses patriotism, strives in studying and training, becomes a good child, a good student, and a good grandchild of Uncle Ho.

At the program, children had the opportunity to interact with poet Le Minh Quoc - Judge of the 8th Children's Literature Composition Contest for the 2024 - 2025 school year and the prize-winning children.

The Organizing Committee also held an award ceremony for the 8th Children's Literature Composition Contest for the 2024-2025 school year with the theme "Listening to the city breathe", with 44 official awards and 10 Potential Writer awards.

Within the framework of the program, there will be a series of activities, such as: Experiential workshops (wood carving, figurines, leaf folding art, calligraphy...); introducing some literary works of children that won high prizes in the Literary Creation Contest in 2023, 2024 and 2025...

The program introduces and displays good books for children; coordinates the implementation of free drama performances for children; displays and introduces high-prize winning works in the Young Palm Painting Festival 2025 with the theme "We draw peace"; performs high-prize winning performances and awards at the "Our Team's Trumpet" Festival in Ho Chi Minh City for the 2024-2025 school year; performs high-prize winning performances in the School Epic Competition organized by the District, City, and Thu Duc Youth Union Councils...
