In order to improve health, physical training for young people and contribute to the localities in the district to build a model cultural community of solidarity, development and civilization, the Standing Committee of the District Youth Union of Y Yen has implemented the model of "Outdoor sports equipment kit" at the village cultural houses in the district. During the implementation process, the Standing Committee of the District Youth Union has handed over 14 models of "Outdoor sports equipment kit" to villages and hamlets in the communes and towns: Yen Duong, Yen Khanh, Lam town. At the same time, the Youth Union of communes and towns has directed the coordination in the work of preserving and using the equipment kit after handover, launching socialization in the locality to replicate the model. Responding to the model of "Outdoor sports equipment kit", the Youth Union chapters at all levels in the district have actively implemented many forms suitable for the locality. Typically, Yen Thang Commune Youth Union has organized fundraising and built 2 models of "Playground for Children" worth 32 million VND at 2 primary and secondary schools. The effectiveness of the model has contributed to building advanced, exemplary new rural areas and civilized urban areas while strongly promoting the movement of physical training and sports in the district.
From 2024 to present, the Front Working Committee of Duong Chinh village, Yen Khanh commune has effectively implemented the model of mobilizing people to respond to emulation movements and support the funds of the Committee. Every year, on the 3rd day of the Lunar New Year, the Front Working Committee of the village coordinates with the Party Committee, the government and the Elderly Association of the village to organize a solemn and meaningful longevity celebration for the elders. On this occasion, the Front Working Committee of the village launched and called on cadres, party members, people, businesses, philanthropists and children living far from home to support the establishment of a fund to support the elderly and a fund to encourage learning and talent. As a result, in 2024, the Front Working Committee of the village called for support for the elderly fund and the fund to encourage learning with disabilities of over 74 million VND; supported the fund for children to enjoy the Mid-Autumn Festival of over 23 million VND; supported the socialization of the installation of the village's security camera system with nearly 31 million VND. On the occasion of National Day September 2, the village's Learning Promotion Association coordinated with the Party Committee, the government, and the Village Front Committee to award 223 students with outstanding achievements in the 2023-2024 school year. In addition, the Village Front Committee coordinated with the Party Committee and the village chief to propagate people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; to fully and promptly hand over the commune People's Committee's fees, cooperative service fees, and village contributions according to regulations; to propagate people to actively participate in giving opinions on Party and government building; to well organize the meeting with voters and delegates of the 20th term People's Council of the commune for the 2021-2026 term; to propagate and mobilize households to clear the Chieu Cua river to implement the commune's projects... The practical activities of the Village Front Committee have contributed to the further development of Duong Chinh village.
In recent times, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels in Ý Yên have closely followed the leadership and direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels in the district, strengthened mass mobilization work, innovated the content and methods of mobilization, gathered union members, association members and people of all walks of life to build a great national unity bloc. In particular, they have focused on advising the Party Committee and coordinating to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the resolutions, conclusions and projects of the Central and the province on the work of the Front and mass organizations. At the same time, with their core role, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Ý Yên district have actively propagated and mobilized union members, association members and people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws and local socio-economic development projects and plans; coordinated with agencies, units and localities to collect voters' opinions on the Project on administrative unit arrangement; participated in site clearance work; Voluntarily contributing labor and money to build roads, irrigation works in the fields, building cultural institutions, building flower roads, maintaining hygiene and the environment... contributing to the completion of the criteria of advanced rural areas, model rural areas, civilized urban areas. In particular, the Fatherland Front and political organizations at all levels of district Y Yen have actively responded to patriotic emulation movements, campaigns with many specific and practical models, suitable to the practical situation of the political tasks of the locality, unit and the needs and interests of union members and members associated with the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" and building models, typical examples of "Skilled mass mobilization". Typical examples include: The model of farmers joining hands to build advanced rural areas, models of the Farmers' Association of Phu Hung commune; the model of building advanced parishes, advanced pagodas of Thien My village, Yen My commune; Model of mobilizing cadres, civil servants, public employees and people to voluntarily practice civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals in the district of Dai Loc village, Yen Chinh commune; model of mobilizing people to contribute funds to install security camera system in Yen Dong commune... Up to now, the whole district has had 362 skillful mass mobilization models, including 250 collective models and 112 individual models.
In addition, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels in Ý Yên have done a good job in social security, taking care of the lives of union members, people and humanitarian and charitable activities. In the past 4 years, the Fatherland Front has built 115 solidarity houses with a total amount of 12.24 billion VND; organized visits and presented gifts to 5,001 poor households and households in sudden difficult circumstances with a total amount of 1.4 billion VND. The District Women's Union has built 10 new charity houses, each worth 30 million VND; provided support to 25 orphans with 25 gifts worth more than 10 million VND; presented 158 Hoang Ngan scholarships, each worth 500 thousand VND; presented 356 gifts to union members and disadvantaged children, each worth 300 thousand VND. The Farmers' Union has built 7 shelters, each worth 50 million VND; The War Veterans Association at all levels in the district mobilized cadres and members to support the repair of houses for members with 151 million VND, coordinated to help build and repair 25 houses for war veterans who are near-poor households; awarded 110 scholarships to 110 children of poor farmers and members in difficult circumstances with a total value of 270 million VND. The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the district coordinated to build 1 new red scarf house and 2 gratitude houses with a total amount of 100 million VND; visited and awarded 538 gifts worth 171 million VND to families in difficult circumstances. Trade unions at all levels have mobilized and raised over 220 million VND, supporting the construction of 4 new trade union shelters, worth 40 million VND/house and repairing 1 house worth 20 million VND for union members in difficult circumstances... In addition, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Ý Yên district focus on improving the quality and effectiveness of supervision and social criticism work, participating in giving opinions on Party building and government building; coordinating to organize dialogue conferences between leaders of Party committees and governments with the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people, contributing to promptly resolving people's legitimate proposals and recommendations and existing problems at the grassroots level...
By innovating the content and methods of operation, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels in Ý Yên have contributed to promoting patriotic emulation movements; mobilizing people's strength, promoting all resources to build and develop the homeland Ý Yên to become increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.
