The movement "Youth in school learns and follows Uncle Ho's teachings" is increasingly going into depth, becoming a cultural beauty in every school. These activities have contributed to sharing difficulties with people in the highlands, educating and training students in the spirit of dedication to the community.
Truc Ninh district has been a "bright spot" of the movement "Youth in school studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings" for many years. Students at all levels in the district have always actively participated in learning activities, enthusiastically practiced life skills, and had the will to strive to overcome difficulties and rise up. The movement "Youth in school learns and follows Uncle Ho's teachings" has truly become a driving force to help students develop comprehensively in terms of morality, intelligence, physical fitness and aesthetics. To promote the movement, the Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the Department of Education and Training to direct schools to implement many creative models: "Activities under the flag - Telling stories about Ho Chi Minh's moral example", "Building beautiful friendships, saying no to school violence", "A beautiful story, a good book, a shining example every week"... Thanks to that, union members, team members and students have had the opportunity to practice, cultivate personality, life ideals and spread good values in the community.
In particular, the movements “5 Good Students”, “3 Good Students”, “3 Practiced Students” continue to be widely implemented by schools, attracting a large number of students to participate. For team members and children, they focus on implementing well the movements “Nam Dinh Children compete to implement well the 5 teachings of Uncle Ho”, the movements “Small Plan”, “Thousand Good Deeds”… These activities have become a useful environment for students to improve their knowledge, practice their qualities and nurture their aspirations to contribute to the community. In addition, schools have proactively included the content “Studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings” in the hours of Team and Youth Union activities, extracurricular activities, and programs to celebrate the founding day of the Youth Union and Young Pioneers to build discipline, ethics and lifestyle among students. Along with that, the emulation movement "Teach well, study well" associated with "School age follows Uncle Ho's teachings" is widely deployed in schools. The Department of Education and Training of districts and cities focuses on directing innovation in teaching methods, applying information technology and artificial intelligence in teaching to develop comprehensive capacity and qualities for students.
Schools also focus on life skills education and moral development for students. Students are encouraged to participate in community activities: taking care of martyrs’ cemeteries, cleaning the environment, donating books and clothes to disadvantaged students in mountainous, border and island areas. This is sharing, a practical action demonstrating the spirit of “helping each other”, “mutual love”, and community orientation.
Along with the learning competition movement, other educational activities in schools such as life skills training, sports and art activities, English speaking contests, IOE contests, math problems in English, STEM... have become intellectual playgrounds, helping students practice their bravery, confidently integrate and master modern knowledge.
The movement of studying and following Uncle Ho's teachings has been spreading widely in the school environment, becoming a source of pride and great motivation for students to strive to study, practice and mature.
